Accreditations
KnowledgePool is an Accredited Training Provider with the Institute of IT Training (IITT). Accreditation by the IITT is an independent verification of the high quality of KnowledgePool's training methodology, its course materials and resources, its training staff and the measures it has in place to help clients evaluate the learning benefits from training. As the IITT accredits training providers annually following an in-depth assessment, this ensures a high quality service is maintained at all times. As an IITT Accredited Training Provider, KnowledgePool meets the required standards and conforms to the IITT Training Provider Code of Practice (PDF 140KB).
2008 - TOP 20 Companies in the Training Outsourcing Industry
KnowledgePool has been named as one of the top 20 companies in the global Training Outsourcing industry, for the second year running, by the web-based knowledge community TrainingOutsourcing.com. A selection committee from TrainingOutsourcing.com evaluated the corporate competencies and business capabilities of 400 industry-leading providers. KnowledgePool was judged to have demonstrated innovation and excellence in the core competencies required in 25 business processes covering administration, content, delivery and technology. KnowledgePool was also ranked as a 'Top 20' training outsourcing company in 2007. Quality Management
Every activity within KnowledgePool is subject to quality management. KnowledgePool's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2000; the accreditation body is SGS Limited. A Quality Consultant from SGS carries out a surveillance visit or full audit of KnowledgePool's Quality Management System every six months.
