Expanding firm seeks new staff

A Bracknell-based learning services company is looking to fill customer service and client relationship management positions.
KnowledgePool has been a household name in the training industry for over 40 years. It manages training for large companies and government departments and offers over 10,000 training courses which its clients can book via the Internet.

"Our revenue will almost double this year to over £13m," said Nicki Shildrick, HR Manager at KnowledgePool. "Our growth rate means we have several new positions that we're looking to fill. We're a very friendly company with around 60 staff. We pay very competitive market rates, provide job training and career progression and we're looking for good people who are strong team players. KnowledgePool's clients include British Airways, Fujitsu Services, the Home Office, Lloyds TSB, Merrill Lynch and Orange and its recent growth has led the company to move to larger premises and to expand its team.
Top of the list of the available positions is a client relationship manager. The company is also looking for front-line customer service staff, called learning advisors who can advise clients on its training courses.
"Many people who joined us as learning advisors have progressed to other positions in the company," said Nicki Shildrick. "As a business, we've developed a great reputation in the training market because we offer courses from many training suppliers to give our clients better and more cost effective training."
KnowledgePool's office is on Wokingham Road, just outside central Bracknell (view map), in a modern development called Trinity Court, which has a striking glass frontage and a landscaped courtyard.
