Our independent, vendor neutral, position means we have become adept at exchanging data with other systems, to ensure everyone has the data they need and that the data is up to date. Allied to our management intelligence capability, we have established many automated data exchanges - here are some common examples:
- Supplier course schedule feeds. Our 'tier 1' suppliers provide regular updates to their schedules; courses; dates and locations. We download the latest data each day and refresh our online catalogues.
- Employee data feed. Two purposes: first to ensure we can identify the staff eligible to access your training catalogue and second, to save retyping delegate contact details. A regular data feed from your HR/payroll system allows us to keep our list of your employees accurate and up to date. The data can be as much or as little as you deem necessary: for example if you feed us with line manager information we are able to obtain line manager feedback on an individual's performance post-training.
- Training activity data. We can return to you, on a regular basis, information about all completed training activity recorded by us. Many organisations require this, in order to keep their central training records up to date. We can help you keep full and complete records of all staff training, irrespective of who provided it - automatically!
- Financial data. Once again you may need to hold certain financial data centrally. We can send regular financial data regarding spend for each financial period, for financial reconciliation, or to enable internal cross-charging.
- E-learning LMS data. You may wish to integrate e-learning activity tracking from a separate LMS with our LiveBooker catalogue and booking service. We have a long track record of integrating e-learning tracking systems
Our experience extends well beyond these areas. We also manage an ever increasing number of data exchanges with training suppliers: managing regular overnight updates from their booking systems to gain the latest course, event and schedule availability information.
